A COVID-19 Coronavirus Update:

COVID-19 Outbreak

We are open! Children’s Dental Village is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and a healthy environment for our patients. As such, we are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). We want to share with you the actions we are taking to help protect our employees and patients.
We’ve advised our employees to follow the public health authorities’ guidance regarding hygiene, and we’ve reinforced our existing policy encouraging employees who exhibit flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with a medical professional.

We have stepped up our disinfecting routines and added additional steps to ensure that our office is safe for everyone. We are screening all patients and parents by phone and at check in, and rescheduling appointments if any cold, cough or flu like symptoms are present. Our reception area, bathrooms and surfaces are being wiped down on a 30 minute schedule throughout the day. We are giving hand sanitizer to our families at check in. All toys and magazines/newspapers have been removed and will not be in the reception area until further notice, to reduce the risk of germs being spread and for the health and welfare of all our patients.

We appreciate the trust that you place in Children’s Dental Village, and we want you to know we take that very seriously. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and take actions necessary to help keep our staff, patients and families safe while proving the dental services needed.
